Abstract

The study presents the concept of improvement of Molodezhniy park in Moskovskiy settlement in the Tyumen region. The object of the design was chosen taking into account the transport and pedestrian scheme of the settlement, the schemes of its functional zones, the functionality of buildings, existing rules of land use and development, surveying and the functional zones of the park. The key plan was studied, the condition of the park space was photofixed, its advantages and disadvantages were outlined. The functional area zoning and stages of implementation of the master plan concept (I and II variants) were proposed, and analogues of suggested solutions were considered. The realization of the project will make the public
space of the settlement more up-to-date and comfortable.
