ANALYSIS OF THE CAPABILITIES OF MOBILE AGILE SOLUTIONS FOR EFFECTIVE PROJECT ACTIVITIES

Vladimir O. Domansky, Olga V. Tarkhanova, Maxim D. Pelevin

Nowadays various tools for the successful implementation of projects are used. A set of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies helps us effectively plan, evaluate, work, communicate and make decisions. Modern software containing a wide
range of functionality and flexibility of interface settings helps to visualize the project progress as one of the most important tasks. The aim of the work is to find the most flexible and functional solution for the project activities of small groups. Various
solutions for effective teamwork are considered. The article contains the results of a comparative analysis of the Agile tools functionality presented on the market. Result of this analytical work is a set of options for collaboration optimal solution.

DIGITALIZATION OF TECHNOLOGICAL AND DESIGN DECISION-MAKING PROCESSES IN MODERN CONSTRUCTION

Оleg V. Ashikhmin, Alena P. Shestakova

The results of the research allow us to extend the scope of the "decision tree" method introduction into the processes of making design decisions and exploring of variants of technological equipment when choosing construction equipment for excavation works by the example of the construction object "Architectural ensemble "Voznesensky" in Tyumen. To achieve the research purpose the following problems were solved: variants of the traditional approach to determination of building equipment requirements were considered; models and methods of management decisions were analyzed; the "decision tree" method with its advantages and disadvantages was studied; the "decision tree" method was successfully used in the digital experiment and recommended for the implementation in developing an algorithm for decision-making and choosing variants of mechanization of excavation works using Deductor Academic Studio program to build an actual object. Nowadays we've never known any cases of direct application of the "decision tree" method in project management in the Russian construction industry. There are no published results of researches about its introduction in processes of making design and industrial decisions.

ISSUES OF APPLICATION OF MODERN REGULATORY DOCUMENTS FOR THE CALCULATION OF TRANSPORTATION STRUCTURES

Igor G. Ovchinnikov, Ilya I. Ovchinnikov, Bekzat B. Zhanaliev, Nurlan B. Kudaibergenov

About 400 normative documents were developed in the field of transportation construction, but the correctness and relevance of some of them is questionable. The lack of a unified terminology, the presence of contradictions and the increasing volume of documentation significantly complicate its use. In addition to general disadvantages, there are a number of private problems. For example, the authors point out the incorrect use of the limit states methodology for the calculation of structures, since this methodology considers limit (extreme) loads, and the regularities of the real behavior of the structure at lower levels of loads are unknown. In addition, the calculation according to limit states methodology does not take into account durability (it is not defined). When calculating using this methodology for the action of only loads with other unknown operating influences, the limit state is realized by reaching a certain limit value by this load. In reality, the limit state may occur due to changes in the shape of the structure, dimensions of cross-sections of structural elements and, more often, due to degradation of its material properties under the influence of service conditions. For the calculation of structures, it is necessary to apply the deformation approach more widely. According to it, both strength and deformation problems of structural calculation are correctly interrelated, and their hypotheses do not conflict with each other.

MODELLING THE EFFECT OF PIPELINE INCLINATION ON THE MULTIPHASE FLOW REGIME

Nikita V. Serov, Victoria A. Kurushina

The paper investigates the effect of an inclination angle of a straight pipeline on the gas-liquid two-phase flow regime at the same inlet conditions. The homogeneous Volume of Fluid (VOF) model in Ansys Fluent is used in this study for simulating the spread of the gas phase, changes in the entrance region and establishing of the multiphase flow regime. The authors consider
a horizontal, vertical and inclined (60 degrees) pipelines where the stratified, bubbly and churn flow regimes are formed respectively, and the results are presented in terms of the gas phase distribution in the volume of the carrying liquid and the velocity field.

PRINCIPLES OF CREATION A COMMON DATA ENVIRONMENT OF AN INFORMATION MODEL OF BUILDING OBJECT IN A CLOUD SERVICE

Mikhail A. Gvozditsky, Yuliya V. Ogorodnova, Danila S. Leytes

Construction industry of Russia according to a number of federal initiatives is preparing to transit to information modeling technologies. This article considers the basic key concepts of digital transformation (information model and Common Data Environment), reveals the importance and necessity of using the Common Data Environment for capital construction project participants, provides a list of existing domestic developments and describes in detail the principles of construction, the essence and main advantages of one of them (Pilot-BIM) based on the studied literature sources.

SCIENTIFIC AND ENGINEERING STAFF DEVELOPMENT FOR CHINA TRANSPORT INDUSTRY

Jiandong Zhang, Nikolaj M. Sheremet, Igor G. Ovchinnikov, Alina N. Steblyanskaya

The paper analyzes the policy and management experience of the China transport industry enterprises in the field of personnel talents development, as well as the results achieved in this direction. The authors evaluate the level of education, employment, unemployment, remuneration of specialists in transport industry. The paper studies the key problems faced in the course of training and personnel retraining in the China transport industry, and the possible causes of their occurrence. The primary research method is the "fish bone" method (a cause and effect diagram). In conclusion, the authors give recommendations how to optimize decision-making process necessary for the personnel sustainable development and the creation of talents teams in the China transport industry.

THE TASK OF DEVELOPING AN INTELLIGENT AUTOMATED RECRUITMENT SYSTEM FOR A "SMART" COMPANY IN THE BUILDING INDUSTRY

Oleg F. Danilov, Darya R. Nikolaeva, Vladimir O. Domansky, Maria O. Zakharova

The work of the personnel department of the company largely determines the effectiveness of its activities. Planning, organizing, accounting, and controlling the staff work are management functions that can and should be automated in the era of digital transformation. The authors have assessed the functionality of the HR-service of the construction firm; they have carried out the decomposition of first and second level of recruitment and data processing tasks to assess the possible priority of automation of personnel processes in the intelligent system of personnel planning of the construction enterprise.
