ARCHITECTURE
The study presents the concept of improvement of Molodezhniy park in Moskovskiy settlement in the Tyumen region. The object of the design was chosen taking into account the transport and pedestrian scheme of the settlement, the schemes of its functional zones, the functionality of buildings, existing rules of land use and development, surveying and the functional zones of the park. The key plan was studied, the condition of the park space was photofixed, its advantages and disadvantages were outlined. The functional area zoning and stages of implementation of the master plan concept (I and II variants) were proposed, and analogues of suggested solutions were considered. The realization of the project will make the public space of the settlement more up-to-date and comfortable.
The article focuses on the objects of industrial architecture of the early 20th century, in particular a number of structures of transport infrastructure in the cities of Kuzbass. Much attention is given to their planning solutions, architectural and decorative elements. The authors analise characteristic design features, the stylistics of the transition period from modern to the functional architecture of early modernism. It has been found that the time period of the erection of buildings influences on the stages of their inspection during reconstruction. This allows to specify the algorithm of restoration of objects of cultural heritage developed earlier.
The article discusses the regularities of urban planning development in the RSFSR, their relation to the main historical events, as well as the influence of these events on each stage of the periodization and generation of urban factors. Key factors in the transition from local-urban planning to regional planning were: the transition of private property to the status of the state, the development of industry, the transfer of all production from the frontline areas to the east during wartime, the rapid development of new sources of strategic raw materials and energy, increased trends in population growth.
CONSTRUCTION
The article considers methods to improve the modes of operation of district heating systems in residential areas. The authors identify the problem of heat carrier heat supply to the final consumer and describe the main factors that influence the deviation of the design parameters of the heat carrier. The concept and example of the application of the heat supply scheme for residential developments is given. The paper demonstrates methods of regulating the heat carrier and their effect on the operation of the heating network. The authors give schematic diagrams with the peculiarities of each method operation in case of deviation of parameters of supply of quality heat carrier to the final customer. The operation of control valves with different variations of their installation in the heat supply system is shown graphically. It can be concluded that there is a need to revise the provisions of the concept of district heating concerning the regulation of heat loads and the structure of coverage of heat loads of consumers.
Buildings with a large number of people, in particular cultural and leisure centers are objects of high fire risk associated with injury and loss of life due to non-compliance with fire safety requirements. The article presents the results of studies to establish the compliance of the adopted design solutions of the automatic water fire suppression system in the entertainment area of the cultural and health center to the current standards and rules of fire safety. It was found that during the calculation of fire risks often overestimates the effectiveness indicator of automatic fire suppression systems and takes into
account only their presence or absence, without regard to reliability. There is a need to develop a methodology for assessing the reliability and efficiency of automatic fire suppression systems at the design stage and the automation of this process within the framework of digitalization of construction. On the example of an automatic water fire sprinkler system for extinguishing the stage, the authors show the calculation of assessing the possibility of using automatic fire suppression sprinkler systems. It is found that at considerable heights of sprinkler locations, it is often necessary to use devices
of forced start-up of sprinklers to increase the reliability of the systems.
TRANSPORT
The article discusses the organization of automatic control of free parking spaces using artificial intelligence technology. Identification of a car in the parking lot occurs by processing video signals from autonomous video modules by a trained neural network. Independence and autonomy of video modules transmitting information to a common computing center ensures the independence of the system from the transport infrastructure of the parking space. End users can track information about parking occupancy within the mobile application.
The article describes the possibility of modernization of one of the common types of interchanges at different levels in our country named "cloverleaf". It's important because the zones of interlacing flows of loop exits with a significant traffic intensity re duces the sa fety of tr affic along them and the overall throughput of the interchange. This study simulates the operation of an interchange with a left-turn semi-direct ramp at different levels on the busiest left-turn direction of traffic.
The aim of the article is to show the significant effectiveness of this design solution.
MECHANICAL ENGINEERING
The purpose of this article is to identify the need for a unified terminology in the organization and to propose a way to implement a unified registry of terms and definitions adopted by the organization.
The paper discusses the main problems associated with the lack of uniform terminology in the organization. An analysis of the accepted terms and definitions, as well as a survey among the employees of the organization carrying out its activities in the field of mechanical engineering, confirmed the need for standardization of terminology. In this regard, the task was to consider ways to implement a single registry of terms used in the preparation of internal regulatory documents. Based on the analysis, recommendations for its development are given.
VECTOR OF SCIENCE
The paper analyzes the policy and management experience of the China transport industry enterprises in the field of personnel talents development, as well as the results achieved in this direction. The authors evaluate the level of education, employment, unemployment, remuneration of specialists in transport industry. The paper studies the key problems faced in the course of training and personnel retraining in the China transport industry, and the possible causes of their occurrence. The primary research method is the "fish bone" method (a cause and effect diagram). In conclusion, the authors give recommendations how to optimize decision-making process necessary for the personnel sustainable development and the creation of talents teams in the China transport industry.
