All co-authors are equally responsible for the final version of the article, approved by the team of authors for publication and subsequently published. All co-authors are also subject to copyright on the published article.

If there are disagreements between the authors, consideration of the manuscript stops before an agreed decision within the group of authors.
2.4. All manuscripts received by the journal are checked for borrowings in the Antiplagiat system. The manuscript is rejected if it does not comply with the ethical standards adopted in the scientific community, in particular, the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and the Ethics Council of Association of Science Editors and Publishers (ASEP).
- Manuscript review by the editorial board
Original, previously unpublished articles containing new scientific results obtained by the authors are accepted for publication.
When manuscript is received in the editorial office, it undergoes a check in the Antiplagiat system, an initial check for compliance with the requirements of the journal and can be sent to the author for revision or rejected. Manuscripts containing less than 75% of the original text are not published in the journal (verification of the uniqueness of the text is carried out without taking into account metadata and references).
Verification of the manuscript for compliance with the requirements of the journal takes no more than 2 weeks, in case of delay, the editors notify the author about this.
Manuscript may also be rejected if the journal is uninterested in publishing this article due to its low attractiveness to readers or low potential citation.
Manuscripts that meet the topics and formal requirements of the journal undergo a double-blind peer review procedure for the purpose of expert response. Each article is sent to two reviewers. The review takes 2-4 weeks and can be extended at the request of the reviewer.
Reviewers are recognized specialists in the subject of peer-reviewed materials. Reviews are kept in the editorial office for 5 years. Read more about the order, and review deadlines in the section «Review»
The time taken to process manuscripts from submission to printing is 16 weeks on average. If the nearest issue is already completed, manuscript can be transferred to the next issue. Author may be given a certificate of acceptance of the manuscript for publication, on request.

Abstracts should be:
- informative (do not contain common words);
- contextual (reflect the main content of the article and research results);
- structured (follow the structure of the article);
- concise.
The information contained in the title of the article should not be repeated (retold) in the text of the abstract. The text of the abstract should be concise and clear, free from secondary information, unnecessary introductory words, general and insignificant wording.
The abstract should follow the same structure as the article text and conform to the IMRAD structure (1–2 sentences per point):
- Introduction (introduce the topic and problem, specify the object of study);
- Methods (clarify the objectives and methods);
- Results (it is recommended to specify the concrete results and dependencies obtained in the study.);
- Discussion (formulate the conclusion, identify directions for application).
The text should be coherent, disjointed statements should logically follow one another.

5.5. Keywords
Keywords allow you to get an idea of the content of the article, to identify its subject. Use common terms or indexed keywords as keywords. Indexed keywords are those words that are most popular and used on this topic. The use of indexed keywords by authors increases the likelihood of finding an article in databases and libraries.

- Methods (Materials and Methods). This section details the selected methods. The method should be described in such a way that another researcher is able to reproduce it.
- Results and discussion. This section includes an analysis of the results obtained, their interpretation, if necessary, comparison with the results of other authors; the results should be clearly presented in the form of graphs, tables.
- Conclusions should be clearly formulated, they should correspond to the tasks set at the beginning of the article. They should formulate the main scientific results of the article. Conclusions should be numbered. The conclusion may also present prospects for continued research and/or evaluation of results in broad research context and/or recommendations for further use of the results.

Author contributions must be specified according to the taxonomy CRediT (Contributor Roles Taxonomy).
5.9. Conflict of interest

All significant conflicts of interest should be reflected in the manuscript (after the main text, before the reference list).

It is desirable to ensure the geographical diversity of the cited authors.
The list should not include regulatory or technical documents (standards, technical regulations, etc.), documents without an author, or links to websites and articles in non-scientific publications – these should be referenced directly in the text and formatted as footnotes.
