The scientific journal "Architecture, Construction, Transport" was created in 2021 on the basis of the Industrial University of Tyumen, the co-founder of the journal is the General Administration of Construction of the Tyumen Region.

The publication is the legal successor of the information and analytical journal "Stroitel'nyy vestnik Tyumenskoy oblasti" = "Construction Bulletin of the Tyumen Region" (published since 1997) and the scientific journal "Transport and Mechanical Engineering of West Siberia" (published since 2014).
